Co-founders Dave Rose and Sean Bolender established Waypoint Safety Consulting to help public safety agencies, small businesses, and public service offices solve complex problems and establish best practices. Seth Walker joined the team in 2024 as a managing partner and general counsel.

Experience: Dave Rose is currently the Campus Safety Director and Chief of Police at Denison University.

Experience: Sean Bolender is the current Director of Public Safety at Ohio Wesleyan University.
